Abstract Left ventricular (LV) pseudoaneurysm is a rare complication of acute myocardial infarction (AMI). We report the case of a 67-year-old male patient seen in 2024. Following an AMI in 2019, the patient was diagnosed with a LV pseudoaneurysm after complaining of dyspnea and undergoing imaging tests including echocardiogram and magnetic resonance imaging. The patient underwent aneurysmectomy and revascularization surgery, progressing satisfactorily during the postoperative period.
