Introduction As long-term survival improves among heart transplant recipients, rare post-transplant complications, including intracardiac masses, are being increasingly recognized. Severe left atrial (LA) dilation and atrial arrhythmias may further contribute to blood stasis and thrombus formation in transplant recipients.
