Abstract Background Conventional echocardiography often struggles to differentiate intracardiac masses, particularly in patients with poor acoustic windows. Contrast-enhanced Echocardiography (CEE) overcomes this limitation by visualizing perfusion patterns — distinguishing avascular thrombi from vascularized tumors.
