Abstract Left ventricular aneurysms are primarily caused by coronary artery disease. Among them, there are also less common types, such as those located in the subvalvular regions of idiopathic origin. This article describes the case of a patient with a history of aortic subvalvular and Sinus of Valsalva aneurysm repairs who developed a new mitral subvalvular aneurysm.
