Abstract Background Primary cardiac neoplasms are rare, and a correct diagnosis is essential to planning the most appropriate treatment. Objective To demonstrate the role of cardiac magnetic resonance imaging (CMR) in the assessment, diagnosis, and follow-up of cardiac fibroma.
