The Brazilian Society of Cardiology (SBC), together with its Department of Cardiovascular Imaging (DIC), is pleased to announce the results of the selection process for the position of Editor-in-Chief of ABC Imagem Cardiovascular for the 2027–2029 term.

Following the evaluation of the applications, Dr. Cláudio Tinoco Mesquita was selected to lead the journal for the next three-year term.

The SBC and DIC congratulate Dr. Cláudio on this achievement and wish him every success in this important mission of leading and strengthening ABC Imagem Cardiovascular, contributing to scientific advancement and the dissemination of knowledge.
